Fundraising Support

With our organisation’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with the challenge of finding new and exciting fundraising events to help to continue with funding new projects every year. We are always open to ideas and suggestions, every penny counts towards the children.

People often ask how they can help and how they can help us to raise funds so we can provide you with some ideas as to how you can support the charity enabling us to keep funding these disadvantaged children.

BECOME A FRIEND OF THE FOUNDATION

  • Make a regular direct debit payment to us throughout the year

  • Sponsor a CHILD TO RIDE

  • Sponsor one of our fundraising events – contact us for further information about how you can support us and receive publicity for your business at the same time.

  • Follow us on Facebook and our website so you can keep up to date on what we are doing and how to become involved in fundraising events

  • Hold a Garden Party. A barbecue or dinner for your friends charge an entry fee. hold an auction or a raffle and donate funds to the EFF.

  • Donate prizes for our raffles and auctions – we are always looking for prizes!

  • Make the EFF YOUR CHOSEN CHARITY if you are running an event or perhaps your company would be interested in becoming a supporter/sponsor

  • Run for the EFF – there are many running events across the UK through the year – if you have a place perhaps you could raise money for the Foundation at the same time

  • Organise a sponsored event – a sponsored ride a sponsored silence or maybe a walk it doesn’t have to be a big event. If it makes £500 we can claim GIFT AID which bumps up the amount to £625! Enough to fund one of our projects for a whole term!

Gartmore Riding School, Staffordshire

To the Emile Faurie Foundation,

I extend my deepest gratitude for your generous funding, which has enabled many schools to offer children the extraordinary experience of horse riding and care. These opportunities are often beyond reach for many, making your contribution all the more significant. It's truly inspiring to witness your dedication to providing young people with such unique and memorable experiences, fostering a connection with animals and the outdoors. If only more organisations could share your strong vision and invest in enriching the lives of the younger generation in this positive way and continue to support equine establishments.

Below is our wonderful feedback we would like to share with you from a range of school we have been able to support and help them to gain riding and life skills through your foundation.

Chasetown Community School

Deputy Head- "They always return with enthusiasm and a keen-ness to let staff know all about their weekly visits. Their experiences at the stables help them to regulate their emotions and responses to situation when they feel anxious or heightened".

Teacher- "Horses have been an amazing opportunity for our children, many of the students have complex social and emotional issues and being around the horses has been invaluable therapy and great experience".

Children:

  • "I love horses they make me feel amazing".

  • "I like seeing the horses, I like going fast, they are gentle".

  • "I like riding the horses it makes me feel good".

  • "It gives me a break from school and I don't have to walk".

  • "Its my first time I really enjoyed it. Now my mum bring me too".

  • "I love riding I also the horse I ride".

  • "I love riding because I feel free and feel like Im riding in the air".

  • "I was scared when I first came but now I love it".

  • "Gained Knowledge, better rider, enjoyed it".

Holyhead Primary Academy

"The children's reactions to the experience were overwhelmingly positive; they thoroughly loved the chance to get close to the horses and learn the intricacies of equine grooming. Their enthusiasm was palpable , as they expressed delight at the new skills they were acquiring. Furthermore, the feedback from parents was equally supportive. Many expressed gratitude for affording their children such a remarkable experience, describing it as 'an experience of a lifetime'".

Pelsall Village School

"The children, whatever their abilities and understanding, did really enjoy their time with the horses - their excitement has been lovely to see and for some of the older children who have particular SEMH needs, it was heart-warming to watch them put their difficulties to one side as they worked with these gentle creatures. The children definitely have their favourites now (Lady, Wispy, Barney, Quincy and Yogi".

Lower Farm School

"The benefits the children have gained from being abe to ride have been remarkable. Their mental health, well being and confidence have all improved through participation in an activity that was entirely new to them. Your calm manner, along with that of your staff, ensured that the children felt at ease from their very first lesson. In addition to developing their riding skills, they have also gained valuable new vocabulary and knowledge that they had not previously encountered".
